Let’s relive together the most exciting moments of the award ceremony of the Ecobnb Awards in the Marche, where we celebrated 10 years of Ecobnb!

On 14 and 15 November, we celebrated an important milestone: 10 years of Ecobnb. For the occasion, there was the award of the Ecobnb Awards, the prestigious recognition dedicated to Italian accommodation facilities that excel in commitment and innovation in sustainability.

The setting of the event was the Agriturismo Girolomoni, immersed in the unique landscape of the hills of the Marche. A place that perfectly represents the values of authenticity, tradition and respect for the environment. But it was not only a celebration! It was also a moment of encounter, inspiration and sharing, where we reflected together on the future of sustainable tourism, surrounded by the magic of a place that is a true emblem of the Italian rural renaissance.

Agriturismo Girolomoni: a symbol of rural rebirth

The farm and food
Organic farm holidays Girolomoni, Isola di Piano, Marche

Located in Isola del Piano, in the beautiful Marche region, Agriturismo Girolomoni is not just a farm: it is the result of a vision and a history that has changed the way of farming in Italy and in the world. This reality was founded by Gino Girolomoni, a visionary man who has recovered an ancient monastery of 1300 transforming it into a center of organic farming, culture and hospitality, which we have already talked about in this article. Today, the Agriturismo Girolomoni is a symbol of peasant rebirth and an ethical lifestyle, sustainable and respectful of nature.

The organic pasta produced here is internationally famous, and the entire production process – from cultivation to production – is internally cared for, according to the principles of fair trade. But Girolomoni is also much more: it is a place that hosts cultural events, educational initiatives and people who, like us, believe in sustainability and the enhancement of local traditions. For this, we could not imagine a better setting to celebrate 10 years of Ecobnb and reward the best eco-sustainable facilities in our community.
