The organic farm Girolomoni has two structures Monastero and Locanda, 500m away, with 9 rooms and 2 apartments for a total of about 25 beds. At the Locanda you will find a swimming pool treated with salt and the organic restaurant
An organic farm surrounded by greenery, in the hills of the Marche. Here you can taste zero kilometer specialties, healthy food grown organically by the cooperative that brought back to life a territory that had been discarded and abandoned. Today on this hill, a few meters away from each other, they are erected: a fully restored monastery from 1380, an inn and a pasta factory.
On this hill, in fact, you will not only find a farmhouse, but also a cultural foundation, a mill and a pasta factory with one of the first organic pasta produced in Italy. Even the small inn just below the monastery will allow you to taste not only our products, but also those of the surrounding area in full respect of the consumer and the environment through the use of organic ingredients and, where possible, local. We try to be as available as possible for a visit to our facility, because the story of this unique human and entrepreneurial experience is worth telling. If you are interested and curious, we will be happy to accompany you.
Life on the estate for you who spend your holidays in the countryside in the Marche region will be made of time and calm, enchanting landscapes, nature walks, a glass of wine in the inn while enjoying the sunset, reading and perhaps taking a bath in the swimming pool treated with salt.
We are located on the Cesane plateau, 550 meters above sea level, between Urbino, Fossombrone and Isola del Piano. At 20 minutes by car it will be possible to reach Urbino, Fossombrone and the Gola del Furlo; at 40 minutes the cities and the sea of Fano and Pesaro.
We recommend reaching us by car, as there are no public services available as we are in the countryside (but the roads are paved!). From here you can take many walks, even on the paths of the Cesane park a few km away and fully enjoy the slow rhythm of nature.

Abbiamo alloggiato alla Locanda, un posto curato ed immerso nel verde delle colline marchigiane. Cibo ottimo e piatto curati ed abbondanti, con ingredienti bio. Stanza grande e pulita , solo il bagno un po’ da rimodernare . Possibilità di usufruire dello spazio comune con tv, bollitore e tisane , acqua sempre disponibile e macchinetta caffè. Personale gentile e disponibile . Abbiamo gradito la possibilità di acquistare la pasta prodotta dalla Coop Girolomoni . Ritorneremo sicuramente in estate per godere della piscina e ammirare tramonti e cieli stellati , visto che attorno c’è solo tanta natura !

Siamo arrivati tramite un Buono avuto dal Famila, a cui abbiamo aggiunto 2 giorni a nostre spese. Devo dire che non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Noi abbiamo alloggiato alla Locanda. La struttura gode di una posizione invidiabile. Un panorama che domina la valle sottostante. Personale molto gentile e molto disponibile. Avevamo al seguito Wilson, un Lagotto Romagnolo che è stato accolto con simpatia e benevolenza. Le colazioni molto abbondanti e varie e le cene cone delle pietanze veramente ben fatte e molto gustose. La piscina, pur che noi non l'abbiamo adoperata, è in posto soleggiato, molto attrezzato ai bordi anche fosse solo per prendere il sole. Nei dintorni c'è tanta roba da visitare. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo anche visitato l'altra loro struttura, il Monastero, e merita sicuramente di essere visitato, di conoscere la storia del manufatto, ma soprattutto di chi ci ha abitato e lo ha riportato alla fruizione attuale . Non potrà lasciarvi indifferenti.

Posto incantevole, bellissimi panorami, piscina con acqua salata e c'è anche un bellissimo Monastero da visitare molto suggestivo dove si può anche soggiornare. Il cibo molto buono e il personale gentile, disponibile e alla mano.... Ci torneremo sicuramente... Grazie 😀

Alloggio posto in luogo spettacolare, dominante l'orizzonte circostante . Si vive l'atmosfera pragmatica e visionaria di Gino Girolomoni e del suo tentativo riuscito di dare lavoro alla popolazione locale attraverso il cibo biologico.

Un'oasi di tranquillità e relax con uno scenario pazzesco. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta e il monolocale all'interno del Monastero di Montebello era davvero spazioso e con tutti i confort. Abbiamo anche potuto ammirare le ristrutturazioni del monastero che la famiglia Girolomoni ha salvato dall'incuria del tempo; la gentile ragazza della reception ci ha mostrato anche il pastificio che produce pasta bio buonissima a km0. Consigliatissimo a tutti per ritrovare la pace in un ambiente ecologico incontaminato, esperienza da ripetere.

Ein sehr schöner Ort, ganz in der Ruhe gelegen. Der Salzwasser-Pool ist genau gut zum Abkühlen. Im Kloster sind die Räume wider Erwarten sehr warm gewesen. Ein Ventilator wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Guter Ort auch mit Kindern.

Quando si arriva all'agriturismo Girolomomi si avverte una sensazione di pace e tranquillità immerso nella natura bellissimi paesaggi, abbiamo soggiornato nel monastero dove la camera era ben pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, abbiamo gustato le pietanze biologiche dellal locanda a km 0
Gestita da personale gentile e competente un complimento in particolare a Giulia e Barbara che oltrea d essere molto ospitali e gentili svolgono il proprio lavoro con molta professionalità
Consiglio vivamente di provare questa bellissima esperienza

Un agriturismo che promette ciò che mantiene. Coerente. Il claim dichiara "Oltre il biologico" e ci è sembrato proprio che così fosse. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella Locanda, quindi comodo anche al ristorante. Il pane è favoloso, preparato con le farine dell'azienda. Essendo estate abbiamo pranzato e cenato nel dehor con un panorama dolcissimo sulle colline marchigiane. Tutt'intorno possibilità di godersi delle passeggiate. Urbino è a 15 minuti di auto. Consigliato 😍
