La Noisette B&B
It owes its name to the fruit of the tree which, together with the vine, represents the agricultural, gastronomic and cultural wealth of our territory, the Langhe and Roero.
The core present at the entrance to our courtyard remains in memory of the hazelnut grove that at the beginning of the last century surrounded my grandparents' house and the surrounding countryside.
Now, in place of that house, once the last in the town stands this building, built with low energy impact and heated exclusively by renewable sources (photovoltaic and solar thermal), equipped with windows and insulators able to minimize dispersion heat, in order to limit the waste of energy and its impact on the environment.
It has three double bedrooms for guests, to one of them it is possible to add an extra bed.
The common room, used for breakfast, is also offered as a reading room during the day
Each room has different characteristics, all have a private bathroom and a mechanized ventilation system, for greater comfort in terms of climate and air quality.
Outside there is a large terrace and a private courtyard where you can park.
Coming from the station, where Pavese could see the rolling hills from the train, continuing towards the town, you will find us near the tobacconist's.
Above in front of you, the Castle of the Counts Roero, one of the most impressive and best preserved medieval buildings in the area, can be visited together with the park designed by Kurten, Prussian landscape architect of the Savoy gardens.
Also in the upper part of the village you can admire the monumental work "Frammenti" by the artist Valerio Berruti, which covers an entire retaining wall of the historic center.
Of great historical and artistic interest is the cemetery chapel of San Ponzio, which preserves the oldest frescoes of the Roero. , you will have at your disposal the ecomuseum of the fortresses, one hundred kilometers of trails suitable for trekking and mountain biking or just a stone's throw away.

Valerio è stato un host davvero accogliente e disponibile: ha saputo darci consigli e indicazioni utili su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. È stato anche molto flessibile sull'orario di arrivo, garantendoci un'ottima accoglienza.
La nostra camera, quella Verde, è molto grande e spaziosa, moderna, dotata di tutti i servizi indispensabili e non.
Pur non avendola sfruttata, nella struttura è presente una terrazza che sa di convivialità, chiacchiere e benessere.
La posizione della struttura è ottima per girare nelle Langhe.
