When the accommodation accepts the request of the traveler or makes a different offer, they  must indicate the total price that the traveler will have to pay, inclusive of taxes, also called “Total price”.

After the Accommodation has accepted the reservation by entering the “Total price”, the traveler can confirm his reservation. The Traveler pays the Total price of the stay to the Accommodation. Some Accommodations may ask  fully or partially payment to the Traveler after the booking process (before the stay), by bank transfer or other online secure payment, as required by the terms of payment of the Accommodation. Before making the reservation the traveler must check for these conditions into details concerning the price and/ or in the message received from the Accommodation.

8. Cancellation

If an Accommodation did not specify a different cancellation and no-show policy, they agree the following standard cancellation and no-show policy: for a full refund, cancellation must be made 5 full days prior to local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. If the reservation is canceled less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded.

The same cancellation policy is applied for overnight stays, products and services offered. The standard cancellation policy can be replaced by a particular cancellation policy of the Accommodation provider, communicating it in the listing ad in the confirmation of reservation e-mail.
