Anna was looking for a hotel where she could have met her needs, spending a week in the mountains with her niece. She wanted a hotel with vegetarian or vegan cuisine and the chance to collaborate with the preparation of some vegan receipt. It has not been easy to help her, but we have found an interesting solution. Belluno Dolomites: vegan holidays in a farm

Let’s start our vegan journey from the amazing Belluno Dolomites National Park. Here, we can find an eco-friendly farmhouse which is specialized in vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
We are in the alpine valley of Feltre, within walking distance to the National Park. This place is surrounded by nature, where visitors can find peace and quiet. The restaurant’s vegan plates are prepared with vegetables from the organic garden that the owners cultivate with care. Moreover, you will have the chance to rent free bicycles and enjoy the sauna.

Aosta Valley: vegan menu in Verrayes

We now move to the Aosta Valley, for an incredible vegan holiday on the highest peaks of Italy. In the small village of Verrayes, we have found a friendly and welcoming eco-friendly B&B. Its design combines the old and the new, such as wood and stones along with environmental attention. The small restaurant, geared by Alex, offers the opportunity to have a vegan or vegetarian dinner. The raw materials used in the kitchen are one hundred percent organic and at 0 km.

Aosta Valley: hotel with vegetarian cuisine at the foot of Mount Rosa

At 1850 mt altitude, at the foot of the massif of Mount Rosa -in the municipality of Tschaval- from where the Lys Valley begins, we can find a splendid sustainable hotel, made of stone and wood. The rooms are decorated with natural materials and the bathrooms are furnished with organic soaps. The breakfast is completely organic too. The restaurant gives you the chance to choose among vegetarian alternatives which are made with bioproducts.

Aosta Valley: a holiday in a chalet with vegetarian cuisine

Alpe Rebelle is an eco-friendly B&B, built by restoring an old alpine chalet in a sustainable way. It is located in the municipality of Bionaz, the northernmost town in Valpelline, surrounded by peaks that reach 4000 mt of altitude. The B&B offers breakfast with homemade cakes and specialties form the valley. Moreover, the restaurant Alpe Rebelle is specialized in cooking traditional dishes from Valtellina, and the most important thing is that the owners do care in making their guests know about the provenance of the products that they use to cook the meals. The menu also includes vegetarian dishes.

Curiosity: near Bioniz you will have the chance to go hiking or trekking among the numerous refuges along the way. There is a cycle route that can be done by bike or e-bike and it leads to the incredible Lake of Place Moulin.
