Today, we will introduce the green route of 27 km. It is quite relaxed tour of south island. The itinerary starts in Tranebjerg.

Tranebjerg is island´s commercial centre, where you can find stores, enjoy a meal in restaurant or drink a good cup of coffee in the café. Since 1890, it is island´s capital. You can find The Organic Museum, Tourist Centrum or Cinema in this lovely city.

Via beautiful Østerløkkevej, you will soon get to Ballen.

Ballen is a city meeting the sea, so if you are in Samsø during the summer, enjoy the beach life and swimming in a bit colder sea. Ballen is a favourite vacation spot, so you will find many stores, cafés, restaurants and hotels here.

Follow the route via Nørreskiftevej to Ørby and on towards Brattingsborg Gods. On your left, you can see a forest, so if you feel like, you can visit it and go all the way to the ocean.

From Brattingsborgvej, continue to Kolby. In Kolby, you will turn left towards lighthouse called Vesborg Fyr. Enjoy the atmosphere of lighthouse and after a while, come back to Kolby.

Continue towards Hårmark, Pillemark and via Pillemarksvej back to Tranebjerg.

The route can be also started in all other cities, based on your stay. All you need to do is following green marker.
