Participating in Reconnect is easy: you can collect points by booking your stays with Ecobnb and by reaching the other goals listed on your Reconnect page. Once you redeem your rewards, you will receive a Travel Gift Card via email, which you can use for new bookings on Ecobnb, or a Forest Gift Card to support our Ancient Forest project in Europe.

The Travel Gift Cards that you redeem with your Reconnect points can be used to stay in all the accommodations on Ecobnb. Remember to enter the coupon code at the time of the request.
The points of your booking with Ecobnb will be validated after your check-out.
The points you can get with your stays on Ecobnb are validated only after your check-out. If you cancel your booking you lose the chance to get your points.
Your booking points are calculated according to the valor of your eco-friendly stay. Every 2 € spent in your eco-friendly stays you earn 1 point. You can collect up to 1500 Reconnect points for each booking.
Each of your points expires after two years. The expiration date you see in your profile refers to the points closest to the expiration.
