2016 is the National Year of Walk in Italy and so we are ready to leave by foot, accompanied by three friendly donkeys, or for lovers of the bike by mountain bike, from a small village in the Parma Apennines, Borgotaro (easily reached by train from Parma) through forests, meadows and breathtaking landscapes of the Apennines, up to reach the Ligurian coast and the romantic Bay of Poets of Sestri Levante. We'll return by train from Sestri Levante.
