Overnight at the exclusive Agrilunassa GuestHouse in Bordighera, with stunning sea views and immersed in the green countryside of Montenero. It is located 350 meters. from the sea and from the bigger public beach of Bordighera, in Arziglia, between the small port and the gallery.

Friday - Monday
Check-in by 5pm for check-in and assignment of any Bike rental
6.00 pm Yoga and meditation lesson with Federica certified teacher RYS 500 Yoga Alliance, Hata Yoga, Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for children.

Saturday - Tuesday
7.30 am Yoga and Meditation lesson

9.15 am Meeting in the parking lot of Agrilunassa GuestHouse with Claudio
9.30 am Departure from Agrilunassa GuestHouse towards the Ospedaletti cycle path - San Lorenzo al Mare on the way back to the Sanremo Pump Track for about ½ hour and return to Bordighera p.sso Agrilunassa GuestHouse ... about 60 km. of great emotions on the western Ligurian cycle path with breathtaking views.

7.30 am Yoga and Meditation lesson

9.15 am Meeting in the parking lot of Agrilunassa GuestHouse with Claudio and load of the MTB and tour to Gouta about 70 km. and descent towards Bordighera, or Bordighera-Ciclovia del Nervia-Dolceacqua return to Bordighera Agrilunassa GuestHouse.
1.00 pm Arrival
Departure before 4 pm to check out rooms and any Bike rental deliveries.

Guided tour to the beauties of the city of Bordighera, Exotic Pallanca Botanical Garden, Bicknell Museum, Pompeo Mariani Museum where Claude Monet lived by reservation.
