Agrilunassa is an Eco GuestHouse "Happiness is the way" born thanks to the realization of a dream of the owner.
Located in Liguria in Bordighera, with a splendid sea view and immersed in the green countryside of Montenero.
It is located about 350 meters from the sea and the largest public beach in Bordighera, in Arziglia, between the marina and the gallery.
It consists of two double rooms with independent entrance and very original private bathrooms, with the possibility of an extra bed and a characteristic common room, obtained from what was once a stable.
Each room is furnished according to Feng Shui and each has the name of one of the five elements.
The sitting room used for relaxation or breakfast is the Metal room, furnished in the colors of white and gray.
The room with north-west entrance occupies the central part of the house and is the Terra room in brown and ocher colors and the one with east entrance is the Legno room, furnished in beige and green colors. Even the furniture is recycled or handmade by the owner: memories of old crafts and countries where land and sea meet.
Both bedrooms have sea views, the wooden one has a beautiful balcony.
The old rustic property has undergone a meticulous conservation recovery, keeping as much of its history and origins as possible.
The vaulted ceilings and part of the old stone walls, the old fireplace and the railings have been kept in the old stable and in the common bathroom. In the rooms you can see the memories of the old doors.
In the renovation, great attention was paid to the use of environmentally friendly materials; the wooden ceilings and waxed concrete floors create the feeling of "returning to the origins": this is the lifesyle of its creator!
The eco-house is family-run and is not equipped with luxury services for a conscious choice.
Guests can find what is needed for a relaxing break (tea, coffee etc ..) in the common sitting room or simply by asking; we will be happy and happy to meet guests' requests.
Fruits and vegetables are at km 0! Products from our garden.
SPACE FOR YOGA RETREATS AND MEDITATION
Agrilunassa has a new space for events and yoga practice. It is an open space room with large windows overlooking the sea, wooden floor and roof.
We can now accommodate up to 12 people and give all teachers and operators the opportunity to organize their own golf and yoga retreat and coaching.
WHO WE ARE
We are husband and wife, born and raised in Milan, with the dream of both, even before getting to know each other, to live by the sea. With our two children we fled the big city in 2010, tired of the frenetic rhythms and the climate, to let our children, then 9 and 5 years old, live in a healthier environment and in contact with nature.
We wanted to change lifestyle and increase its quality and so Lifestyle was the name of our project.
It took some time and a lot of patience, which made us change and grow.
"Here and now" the rhythms are slower and more natural and that's what we want to offer our guests.

We offer courses and seminars for a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Daily yoga lessons, mini courses to learn about aromatic and spontaneous plants and their properties, green art courses, mini courses for the creation of natural products, and throughout the year we offer various seminars aimed at psycho-physical well-being in holistic subjects, emotional intelligence, and more.
ECO TOURISM AND WHALE WATCHING
For an eco-friendly holiday, we host you in a structure renovated mainly with green building techniques, using bio lime and low environmental impact materials, furnished with natural and recycled materials.
We offer outdoor activities that do not pollute and in nature: cycling, hiking, windsurfing, surfing, sup, whale watching, visits
In the Tethys institute boat that conducts scientific research on the ecology of marine species, in particular cetaceans; with a constant involvement of whale watching enthusiasts some campaigns are among CITIZEN SCIENCE projects for whales and dolphins
Anyone can help ensure the survival of cetaceans. And it's an exceptional experience.

YOGA
Federica is a RYS 500 Yoga Alliance certified Hata Yoga teacher. He loves being in contact with nature and practicing in the green countryside and looking at the sea, letting himself be enveloped by the sea breeze, listening to the song of frogs, cicadas and birds.
It offers private or group lessons and holidays dedicated to yoga and relaxation.

MOUNTAIN BIKE
In the splendid setting of the sea and mountains between Sanremo, Bordighera and Ventimiglia, various downhill, enduro and XC routes to combine fun with nature and the splendid landscape to spend unforgettable hours with your family and friends.
Sanremo Pump Track track along the cycle path that connects Ospedaletti to San Lorenzo al mare, mountain bikes or walking bikes are rented.
We organize excursions with a guide.
WINDSURF & SUP
We offer our availability to organize Winsurf and Sup rides with the possibility of participating in Windsurfing courses for all levels, taught by a qualified teacher.
GREEN ART
Create art with flowers and plants from which the name greenart which means art with green.

A beautifully located accommodation with several rooms. Our room was relatively small and had little storage space. Very nice view from the small balcony. Access to the accommodation via a very steep, narrow road. Parking space available. Simple breakfast options can be had for an additional charge. The operators were nice but uncompromising about a (partial) refund because we could only stay 3 nights instead of 4. The property is 1.5 km from the old town of Bordighera. Unfortunately, you can only get there via the main road. On the main road is a bus stop.

Location stupenda e alloggi con vista mare. Claudio e Federica molto gentili e disponibili. La strada per raggiungere l'Agrilunassa è un po' stretta e scomoda con la macchina ma nel complesso mi sono trovato bene! Consigliato

Una bella esperienza, la città si raggiunge bene anche a piedi quindi è vicino ma non troppo così si può avere la tranquillità della campagna e la bella vista del mare. I proprietari sono gentili disponibili e simpatici, penso che tornerò 👍🏻

L’agriturismo é in zona tranquilla, la camera é molto accogliente e pulita e crea atmosfera e dona tranquillità agli ospiti. I gestori sono gentili e disponibili. La strada che si deve percorrere per arrivare alla struttura é molto difficile da percorrere in macchina e abbastanza stancante a piedi; la strada é stretta e non ha lungo tutta la distanza delle protezioni in caso di uscita di strada (abbastanza pauroso per chi la percorre la prima volta). Io ho lasciato un graffio alla macchina perché i cartelli che indicano dove si trova la struttura sono poco visibili o assenti. Il centro e il lungo mare sono relativamente vicini (1km) anche se può essere stancante (abbiamo rinunciato ad andare a cena dopo il ritorno perché immaginarsi di andare e tornare ancora una volta a piedi é pesantino per chi é un po piu avanti con l’età). Bello il posto però non so se lo sceglierei di nuovo. Apparte camera e reception, il resto é molto completato alla buona e la strada che porta alle camere é poco piacevole da percorrere. Io scrvo e ho 25 anni emi immaginoche una persona che ne ha 45 anni la vede già diversamente e dovrebbe affrontare questo percorso con piu difficoltà. Per il resto mare bello, pulito e ristoranti eccellenti.

La strada in salita è di mt 300 che molti ospiti di età ben superiore ai 25 anni percorrono tranquillamente a piedi e qualcuno anche in bicicletta.
Noi stessi abbiamo 48 e 54 anni.
Trovo un po' preoccupante che a 25 anni si faccia così fatica a fare 300 mt in salita.
Siamo una eco guesthouse in campagna e per questo membri di ecobnb.

Siamo state accolte con molto calore e simpatia, come se fossimo state ospiti attese e Claudio ci ha accompagnate la sera in città, dopo aver prenotato per noi un tavolo in una trattoria molto carina del centro storico. Anche Federica è stata molto cordiale e attenta alle nostre esigenze.
Le camere sono arredate con gusto molto originale e il materasso in memory è molto comodo. Siamo state molto bene.

All Agrilunassa si respira natura a benessere a 360 gradi .si viene simpaticamente accolti dai proprietari che ti mettono subito a tuo agio..la vista sul mare è spettacolare .Le 2 camere sono piacevolmente arredate con materiali di ricliclo ricreati dalla proprietaria ..Ottima la pulizia e la cura dei particolari della sala colazione ..siamo stati deliziati dalla buona torta alle mele e zenzero di Federica.Essendo una struttura ecologica
Unico neo la strada piuttosto difficoltosa ..200 metri in salita su una stradina stretta ..se non si è particolarmente abili nella guida è davvero un problema. .soprattutto se impreparati a quel si trova .
