Want to Learn a Magi Trick? We will teach you to make 3 tyoes of cheese from 5 liters of fresh milk from happy sheep that live free. The Robiola, the Primo Sale and the Ricotta! While we wait for the curd, we will prepare a seasoned fruit or vegetable mixture in our Synergistic Organic Garden to match the cheeses.

Once everything is ready, we can taste our products!
