Have you ever thought about making your panettone at home? A Slowcanda learn all the secrets of natural leavening according to an ancient italian recipe

From November 24 until Christmas, you can learn how to make the panettone, the famous Italian Christmas cake, according to the traditional recipe of Slowcanda.
There are two formulas to participate.
1) The first involves an overnight stay of 3 nights, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, during and panettone bread with sourdough, 450 € per person.
2) The second formula, the shortest, includes two days of intensive workshop, including meals, but excluding overnight, 250 Euros.
