It's a warm sunny morning in South Tyrol. We are in the Ahrntal, one of the most northern territories, on the border with Austria.
The Paths of the Sun (Sonne Weg) were once used by smugglers .. Today are breathtaking routes we travel on foot through woods and meadows in bloom up to beautiful wooden farmsteads with breathtaking views of the valley and the gentle sound of cows grazing.
In Lutago starts an easy trail that runs along the Rio Nero, interspersed with works of art and magnificent wooden sculptures. At every step it is an opportunity to stop and contemplate nature, art and landscape.
An elf pointed hat, a small wooden gnome sitting on a rock, a high sculpture ... Children admire the presence animating the wood..
A little further on the flow of water becomes closer. A small stream accompanies our path with its fresh and noisy movement. The children can not resist the temptation to play with water ... another opportunity for a short break.
Qualche passo avanti il sentiero diventa un percorso che affianca le rocce e costeggia l'alta montagna. I bambini provano l'ebbrezza della scalata verso la cascata.

We are at the foot of the Schwarzbach waterfall. The sound of the water surrounding us, the fresh spray of the waterfall coming down to us. Children are delighted by this marvel of Nature, and observe the rainbow of light at the foot of the waterfall.
We stop to admire this wonderful nature that makes us feel small, but at the same time welcomes us as it was our home.
