- Travelling time: 5:30h
- Difficulty: Hard
- Why we love it: The itinerary starts from the blue of the Ionian Sea (Gulf of Corinth) and the Mediterranean and arrive in a protected area of 600Km2, with a wealth of endemic botanical species superior to that of all England. In this area live the very rare silver fir, found only here and in Kefalonia. The route runs between two seas, the Ionian and Aegean, with breathtaking views for the bikers.

- Our Advice: All year, except July and August
I left from the Lakazeza farmhouse on the sea, I crossed the woods and olive groves until I got to Pisia and the slopes of Mount Gerania.
I went up to a Byzantine church that you must see(Leisure Thanasio), then climb up into a single track up to one of the peaks of Mount Gerania (Michri Douskia).
From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the two seas: the Ionian and Aegean. I then climbed down to the monastery of Panagia Faneromeni, and I went up to the must-see monastery of Panagia Prati.
Then I returned to the river in the valley, only to earn the third summit of Mount Gerania (Megali Douskia).
From here I went down to the monastery of Agia Marina, only to return to the sea of Skinos. From Skinos I returned to Lakazeza along the coast, in the middle of the Mediterranean with views of the Ionian Sea.
