  • Our Advice: The best time to visit the island is summer.

Last summer I spent a week in Bornholm, a Denmark's island.

I was there with a German friend I've known for years. I flew to Frankfurt and from there I took the train to Jena where I met her.

We took the car and in Sassnitz (Germany) took the ferry to the island..

An island frequented by people who love nature, with many cycle-paths, country houses and zero car.

We stayed in a residence with garden and natural pool (made of stone).

We divided our trip in small daily excursions through nature, beaches and woods. We also attended a cover concert an evening eating a pizza.

We ate the excellent fish and chips on the beach and also excellent steamed salmon. Nature, nature nature, silence and relaxa.
