Eco friendly Private Entrance Suite
We live with a Greenheart and we are constantly working to be more eco-friendly. Private room, lots of room. Great neighborhood, close to activities, restaurants, and music. 10 min drive to downtown Asheville. 5 mins to W. Asheville.
This room has a separate entrance. Full-size futon bed for 2, another futon sofa for 1 adult, or two children. ( must request to be made-up) No pets allowed in this room. Bath in the main part of the house, it is shared. We prefer no chemical perfumes or sprays. We do use recycled, redesigned, used furniture in our home. Nontoxic, no chemical cleaners, we try and use organic. We do not use pesticides. Baseboard heat. Separate air conditioner. Very private and quiet.
Our Eco-friendly Space is non-toxic, non-smoking. Carpeted and quiet. The main entrance is french doors separate from the main house. Come and go with privacy. The door to enter the main house has a lock on it and is an exterior door for sound reduction. Romantic and private. Please request Futon sofa to be made for second bed upon request. We leave it as a sofa for guests to use. Organic coffee provided.
Entire 300sq ft room is an addition to the main house, has a private entrance. Since the bathroom is shared - guests have a separate towel rack. The bathroom standard size but isn't big. We have been fine with 2 people in the bathroom at one time. Cleanliness is import to use therefore the bathroom is cleaned daily and the shower is cleaned after we use it to make it clean for the guests to use. We have toilet wipes ( which are not septic tank friendly) to use if you feel better wiping off the toilet each time you use it. We want to make sure you feel at ease.
A Robe is provided in the room for one adult and a pair of slippers. Extra blankets and sheets are provided. Closet with hangers for guests to hang clothing shoe rack. Small stereo provided with Smart T.V. Desk and wifi provided for workspace. Mini Refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Stove and kitchen can be used upon request in the main part of the house. Outdoor patio and table and chairs for outdoor dining. Must be 21 or over to book a reservation.
We have a laundry for washing and drying clothing. Iron and Ironing board. We also have a drying rack for wet clothing after a day of Kayaking or Tubing down the river.
Check-in is after 3:00p until 8:00p. Check - out is at 12:00p Noon Eastern time
We request a deposit for possible damage and that will be released upon departure. We suggest you might want to have travelers insurance.
