With four wells, a spring, and hillside terraces, a permaculture paradise is being created here, developed ecologically, slowly, and consciously.
🌾 Gardening, harvesting, sharing – anyone who wants to can help shape and experience what true sustainability means.

Our holiday oasis is quietly located, yet close to everything you need:
🏞️ 15-minute walk to the Cabril Reservoir – crystal-clear water for swimming, fishing, and bathing
🌊 1 hour to the Atlantic coast – deserted, dreamy beaches
🛒 5 minutes to Pedrógão Grande – supermarkets, restaurants, and a farmers' market
✈️ 2 hours to Porto and Lisbon airports
🚕 Pick-up service and taxis available
Handcarts, a kayak, and rental inflatable boats are available for our guests.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment: Receipt of the 50% deposit via bank transfer constitutes a reservation for the period previously agreed upon via email and confirmed by us. At the same time, all services on our part are provided during this period, including airport pickup, shopping or guided tours, as well as any other agreed-upon extras. The remaining balance, plus a €250 security deposit, is due directly to the landlord upon arrival. Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. After that, standard compensation conditions apply.
