We offer personal interaction, workshops on building clay houses, as well as walks to hidden swimming spots, canoe trips, and, upon request, visits to neighboring properties that are available for purchase off-market.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment: A 30% deposit of the total accommodation costs, payable by bank transfer as a service fee, against immediate invoicing, constitutes a binding reservation for the previously agreed-upon period confirmed by us via email. At the time of payment of the service fee, all necessary or requested services will have been provided (travel, arrangement of extras, etc.). The costs for extras (e.g., fees for tour guides, workshop or yoga instructors, massage therapists, hairdressers, workout leaders, etc.) will be billed separately. The remaining 70% of the total accommodation costs, plus a €250 security deposit, is payable directly to the landlord upon arrival. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before check-in. After that, standard cancellation policies apply. Extending the pitch rental is generally possible by prior arrangement.

House Rules
Wir vermieten Stellplätze für Vans bzw. Wohnmobile. Direkt vor Ort gibt es KEINE Möglichkeit, Fäkalien und Abwasser zu entsorgen. Es werden ausschließlich ökologische Putzmittel verwendet. Es gibt Solarstrom und sauberes Wasser und die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam auf der Küchenterrasse zu kochen und sich eine persönliche Badewanne für die Zeit des Aufenthalts auszusuchen. Alle achten auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit und benutzen Kanus und Schlauchboote sorgsam. Schäden werden repariert und Verluste werden ersetzt. Und jeder trägt mit dazu bei, dass der Ort beim Verlassen ein bisschen besser und schöner geworden ist, als er es bei der Ankunft war.
