Between the picturesque Rio Zêzere and the spectacular Cabril reservoir lies our sustainable oasis – ideal for people who value space, simplicity, beauty, and privacy, as well as friendly coexistence and community.
We rent our accommodations to anyone who wants to get to know our project, the area, and other options in the neighborhood.
We see ourselves as a springboard for new perspectives. We are happy to assist you on your individual path to this. The temporary rental of our accommodations is intended not only to help you get to know each other personally, but also to better understand the country and its people. For us, it also means a daily cash flow, which we need here to be able to complete our development.
We offer personal exchanges, workshops on building mud houses, and tours to hidden swimming spots, as well as, upon request, neighboring properties available off-market.
A temporary community is intended to help us gain a better understanding, more options, and the deepest possible insight into the "here and now," so that our guests can, with our help, form their own opinion and perhaps even decide on their very own piece of land.
Perhaps we will also find mutual enrichment – we would be delighted!
This area and its residents will definitely benefit from people who decide against further eucalyptus cultivation and favor alternative forms of cultivation such as permaculture. And all of this not without art and culture!

Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment: Receipt of the 50% deposit for the agreed rental period for the entire period by bank transfer constitutes a reservation for the period previously agreed upon by email and confirmed by us. At the time of the deposit payment, all necessary or requested services have been provided by us, e.g., regarding the provision of information – airport pickup, if applicable – or regarding shopping or guided tours, as well as other extras. (Costs for services or "extras" are also discussed in advance and billed separately.) The remaining amount (50% of the total rental amount) is due upon arrival on site, plus a €250 security deposit, directly to the landlord. Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. After that, standard compensation conditions apply.
