Completely isolated, with no neighbors, the house is nestled in a preserved natural environment, on the banks of the river, with exclusive access to a private river beach. An ideal place to slow down, observe wildlife, and regain balance.
With some attention and silence, it's common to spot otters, deer, cormorants, wild ducks, and other species, a sign of a healthy and minimally interfered ecosystem.
At night, the absence of public light reveals an intense starry sky, difficult to find nowadays.
The house operates exclusively on self-generated solar energy, promoting conscious and responsible consumption.
