At Estrela do Alentejo you will see an amazing sky, stars and the moon, in absolute silence and to us this is our disconnection from city. It is a charming house in the nature, it is a reason to get away and to find yourself again.
Estrela do Alentejo is a warm and cosy off grid earth house in the foothills of the Monchique mountains set on 50ha property. The landscape is hills of cork trees, madronho, pine, olives, figs, apple, pear, nuts, cherry, apricot, peach, grapes and we are in the early stages of growing our own organic vegetables.
You can go on lovely walks, read, write, draw and even swim in a natural pool and dry off in the sun or just chill out in the hammocks. This is our little paradise and would love for you to experience what we do. We're very secluded and we love it, hope you do to!
We are creating a place so that we can live in harmony with the earth.
For outside living and dining experience, we have a wonderful shaded decking area with sofa, armchairs and hammocks to relax, read and chill.
Two lovely rooms surrounded by nature, tranquility and fully self sufficient.
Main room is extra large with extra large bathroom, shower for two persons with his and her sinks. Both rooms have their individual private bathrooms, with private entry. Each room has their own mini fridge and a self contained outdoor kitchenette to prepare simple meals.
Outdoors hammocks to relax and switch off from busy city life and connect with the outdoor surroundings.
