Vegotel Schoonoord is already the third Vegotel in the Netherlands which means fully vegan and eco-friendly.

This private guesthouse is located in Drenthe province, a beautiful area for cycling and walking. Drenthe is one of the greenest provinces in the Netherlands. The natural landscape is best explored by bike, since Drenthe has 1,400 kilometres of cycling paths. Time seems to stand still as you cycle along the numerous trails through the vast areas of natural beauty with heath, sand dunes, marshes, forests, our famous “hunebedden” and swamps.

Vegotel Schoonoord is suitable for the maximum of three persons and has a private entrance, bathroom (including a bathtub), kitchen and parking space. The use of the private garden and facilities are included. Other service includes free TV, free coffee and tea facilities, cleaning and bed linen. Bicycle and E-bike rental is possible.

Smoking, food and drinks of non-vegan products is prohibited at any Vegotel.

Our delicious vegan breakfast (included in the price) includes cold cuts, cheese and other vegan dairy products, just like in any other “hotel”. Vegan food is one of the easiest ways to contribute to a better environment. Switching is becoming easier, given the increasing quality of taste, the experience and the appearance of meat substitutes and dairy products. Vegan lunch and dinner service is possible, ask for the possibilities.
