The House has two floors. It has a terrace, 2 large bedrooms and a small study, living room, bathroom and a large kitchen with gas stove. It has several eco-technologies: rainwater collection, ecological sanitary (dry), solar cells and wood-burning stove. It has internet signal for 10 hours a day.
It is within a hectare of land with coffee plantation, native trees, fruit trees and organic vegetable garden. Chickens are good company.
