The house combines natural materials with practical comforts and a thoughtful approach to sustainability. Solar panels with battery storage help reduce reliance on conventional electricity, while the connection to the grid provides additional reliability. A fireplace and underfloor heating create a warm, inviting atmosphere during cooler days.

Inside, you will find a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy double bedroom, and a modern bathroom. The spacious gallery opens onto a balcony with beautiful mountain views — a lovely place for yoga, meditation, reading, creative work, or simply enjoying a quiet moment.

Belica is a traditional mountain village where nature is part of everyday life. Two rivers flow through the surrounding landscape, while nearby forests and mountains invite you to explore, walk, and reconnect with the outdoors. Follow local paths, discover a waterfall on a longer hike, observe the changing seasons, or simply listen to the sound of flowing water.

The area is rich in biodiversity, and depending on the season, you may encounter wildflowers, berries, birds, and beautiful blue dragonflies. Our family has a special connection to this place and cares for the village dogs, so you may occasionally meet some friendly four-legged visitors.
