Nature, relaxation and comfort, at 10Km of Lake Garda, the ideal location where nature greets you, wake up in the open with the smell of freshly baked bread. Several Trekking / Mountain bike trails start from the surrounding area.
Our room is very bright, large and comfortable (25 square meters) can easily become a triple, the space distribution gives you the opportunity to offer a Family Room. The B & B has an entrance and a staircase completely independent of the rest of the house.
The room has independent heating / air conditioning, a safe, TV and Wi-fi.
Depending on the weather conditions, breakfast can be served in the indoor dining room where the large fireplace is the protagonist; You will be surprised to find in it the unique pieces of an old clockwork mechanism belonging to an ancient bell tower, as well as other objects that will take you back in time.
During the summer you will enjoy your breakfast served in the garden admiring the beautiful nature surrounding you.
The B & B you are in is a zero-emission building where all the energy used comes from renewable sources: photovoltaic, solar thermal and biomass are the sources used, so your stay is zero.
We are on a hill surrounded by greenery, among vineyards and olive trees above the village of Caprino Veronese; A country road connects us to the village (1.5 km).
Since we are in the car, the machine is indispensable not only to reach us but also to explore the magnificent area we are in.
We are 10 km inside on the east side of Lake Garda: Bardolino, Garda, Torri del Benaco and Malcesine are within easy reach.
Within 10 to 15 minutes drive you will find visiting Wineries, as well as horseback riding, golf, hiking, mountain biking or climbing on Mount Baldo or even experiencing the thrill of a Paragliding experience.
A 30-minute drive away is Verona's capital of the opera and home to numerous trade fair events, art cities full of history and culture, at the same distance you can stay in the heart of Valpolicella dell'Amarone Land and many other recognized wines at the level international.
Day Trip Tips:
A 15-minute drive to Lake Garda with its rivieras or Baldo mote with its hiking and fauna routes up to 2,000 m
30 minutes: Gardaland and other theme parks, the Zoo Safari Park, Verona or Valpolicella
To 1 hour: the cities of Rovereto, Trento with their museums: Mart and MUSE
1 and a half hours: Venice, Milan, Modena (the Ferrari Gallery), the Dolomites.

The host Gabriela was really helpful and friendly. For breakfast we had selfmade bread, salade, fruits, cereals, soja milk, dried fruits, nuts and of course olive oil. It was served outside overlooking the beautiful country side. She was always very helpful when we had questions regarding the region and what to do. Also the cosmetic products from Ecuador, if I remember correctly, are amazing! We could take them with us and they still make us happy when we use them. We would recommend staying here, also because it is not so touristic and perfect if you want some relaxing and calm days! We will be back some day ;)

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne B&B-Unterkunft am Rande von Caprino Veronese in einer ländlichen Umgebung. Das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad ist ausreichend groß sowie geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeberin. Sie bereitet jeden Tag ein außergewöhnlich gutes und variantenreiches Frühstück mit selbsthergestellten Erzeugnissen und geht immer auf die Wünsche ihrer Gäste ein. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen möchten, ist diese Unterkunft unsere erste Wahl. Top-Empfehlung!

My mistake I didn't tell you that we produce all our energy, we have 6kw of photovoltaic panels on the roof and all the hot water is produced with solar energy, so your holidays were with zero emissions.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet,jeden Tag frisches Brot und Kuchen.Auch bereitete sie immer frisches Obst zu.
Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden wieder buchen.
