Casa Anconeta is a point of departure or arrival on the net with other experiences of experimentation and knowledge.
Since the 1960s the Negrisolo family has inhabited this residence, the grandparents Sergio and Giuliana have defined the soul of this place, welcoming and rich in knowledge and culture. Three generations have passed through Casa Anconeta and it is precisely the grandchildren and the family who want to preserve and safeguard it by opening the doors to travelers and artists, with particular attention to the themes of living.
The house reflects the desire to share, knowledge, experiences and approaches to travel and living, with a view to collective growth, with the hope that this approach will be answered by the guests who pass through it.
RATES
Casa Anconeta intends to promote and reward eco-sustainable forms of travel, with differentiated rates in relation to the means of transport used (bicycles, feet, public transport ..) and time spent. The common areas of the house are available to guests, we want every person who passes through it to feel part of a community, so be prepared to have tea on the terrace while admiring the Madonna dell'Orto, get lost on the couch in long chats and taste biscuits freshly baked.
DESIGN
The greatest number of elements that belonged to the grandparents Giuliana and Sergio, have been maintained. Wanting to adapt the spaces to new types of function, it was necessary to transform two large solid wood cabinets (11m3) and here are 10 new pieces of furniture in the house.
If they are observed carefully, however, their past life can still be seen.
MANIFEST
City
Casa Anconeta is a space in which to discover new possible forms of living in the historic center of Venice starting from the synergistic dialogue between those who live in the city, both temporarily (study, work, visit) and stable. The objective is to identify possible proposals to make living in Venice sustainable.
Travel
Knowledge, respect, relationship with the territory allow us to appreciate the history, culture and peculiarities of the city, making the journey a unique experience. Respect for the territory starts with the modes of transport used to reach the city until the duration of the stay. At the Anconeta home, slow arrivals (on foot, by bike, rowing or sailing boat, train) and long stays are appreciated. The goal is to bring more visitors closer to the travel experience.
Equilibrium
With the aim of reducing waste and environmental impact as much as possible, thanks to the collaboration with two artisans, two historic grandparents' wardrobes were given new life, transforming them into ten pieces of furniture (wardrobes, sideboard, dresser) , wall units, table-island). Numerous objects of Casa Anconeta also represent forms of recovery, reuse and sharing of solidarity, have been donated by local realities or by simple supporters.

Meravigliosa esperienza con proprietari veramente disponibili e cortesi, la consiglierei a tutti coloro che vogliono vivere un giorno da cittadino veneziano.
Bellissima anche la terrazza dove fanno il compost dal momento che la raccolta del organico non esiste a Venezia. Buona posizioni con vicino delle comode fermate per spostarsi in vaporetto.

Ich war viel unterwegs und daher nur zum Schlafen in der schönen Wohnung, die in einem SEHR lebhaften Quartier liegt, wo man Supermarkt, Apotheke, Eisdiele etc. direkt vor der Wohnung hat.
Ich habe viele versteckte Perlen der Insel(n) gesucht und besucht.
Eine andere Dame im Appartment hat mich übrigens motiviert, endlich Italienisch-Lektionen zu nehmen- mein Dank an Sie!
Morgen ist die erste Lektion zusätzlich zum autodidaktischen Lehrwerk.
Jeder Tourist ist eigentlich zu viel für diese geplagte Stadt, aber wenn wir schon die Serenissima besuchen, dann eben mit Respekt für Stadt und Menschen.

Ottima la posizione della casa dalla quale si può raggiungere a piedi piazza S. Marco , il ponte di Rialto e la stazione ferroviaria di Venezia S. Lucia . A due passi da casa è presente la fermata del vaporetto S.Marcuola . Host super accoglienti . Tornerò.

Siamo stati veramente bene a casanconeta. L'appartamento è delizioso e pulitissimo, le stanze ampie, luminose e fresche. Accoglienza e servizi ottimi. Gli spazi comuni sono condivisi con grande discrezione e abbiamo goduto del terrazzo e del salotto indisturbati. I bambini hanno trovato tanti spunti di lettura divertenti e noi adulti abbiamo notato con molto piacere la grande attenzione per l'ambiente, il riuso intelligente e con gusto di mobili e arredi, ecc. Insomma, tutto perfetto, anche l'ubicazione, in zona centrale, ma vissuta anche dai locali. Grazie!

Camera spaziosa e pulita ( può disturbare un pó il chiasso della piazza sottostante). A soli 10 min a piedi dalla stazione e 20 min da pza San Marco.
Riccardo e Alessia accoglienti e simpatici.
La casa in vecchio stile , con a disposizione cucina, camera da pranzo e splendido balcone ( per salire al primo piano una irta scala).
