Beautiful B & B of the mountains of Friuli, in the heart of Carnia, a few steps from the Terme di Arta and at the foot of the Zoncolan
A cozy B & B environmentally sustainable in an old seventeenth century villa, with arches and vaults typical of Carnia, in the historic village of Piano d'Arta (600 mt), in the heart of Carnia, 10 kilometers from the ski resort of Monte Zoncolan.
Each room has a private bathroom, has beams and wood furniture, and is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, table and chairs, possibility to add a bed for children. Attached to the bedroom there is a room with sink and refrigerator.
Guests have wireless internet access and a common room for reading and relaxation, where you can feel the history and the life of Carnia past.
The breakfast, rich and genuine offers organic products and zero distance, is served in the living room on the first floor of the house.
The B & B is the ideal starting point for cultural - such as a visit to the towns and museums of Zuglio, Tolmezzo, Treppo, Paluzza, Sutrio - but also for skiing at the complex of Mount Zoncolan, hiking in nature, away from the pastures to the highest peaks of the Friuli, or well-being in the center of Arta Terme. A short walk from the B & B Sot i volz are restaurants, pizzerias, typical environments with Carnic cuisine, newsagent, pharmacy, and bus stop.
In summer bicycles are available for guests to explore the surroundings, while in winter they can make use of a room for storing ski equipment.

Un secondo soggiorno anche questa volta squisito dall'inizio alla fine. Daniela, la proprietaria, preparatissima conoscitrice della zona, ci ha accolto nella struttura facendoci sentire benvenuti, deliziandoci la mattina seguente con una colazione "carnica" composta da marmellate, formaggi e miele del posto. Camera spaziosa. Posto rilassante e assolutamente da consigliare.

Ottima posizione vista sulle montagne friulane mozzafiato.Camere arredate con gusto tutta in legno e pulitissima . Proprietari gentilissimi che amano la loro terra . Buonissima colazione a km 0 e all'insegna della genuinota' .
