CANCELLATION POLICY. Secure the best rate by paying a small fee! At the time of booking, 20% of the total amount - non-refundable - will be taken from your credit card, as a confirmation deposit. In case of problems of any nature, cancellation is free, i.e. without penalties, up to 14 days before the arrival date. The amount taken will be transformed into a voucher to be used for another stay within 1 calendar year. Any cancellation from 13 to 0 days before arrival involves the payment of a penalty of 50% of the total booking. Early departures or uneaten meals do not entitle you to price reductions.
