Located in the heart of the mountain resort of Pinzolo, Hotel Europeo has Alpine-style rooms and suites with natural wood furniture, complete with comforts and courtesy kit. Camera: posizione bella tuttavia all'arrivo noto subito qualcosa di strano nel set di cortesia... pare che manchi il bagno doccia... Poi controllando bene noto un solo tubetto appoggiato con evidenti tracce di sporco...
Scendendo in reception chiedo del bagno doccia e la proprietaria sostiene che c'è e di controllare bene.... Non obietto,lo prenderò al supermercato
Tornando in camera mi accorgo che manca un set asciugamani / accappatoio e ciabattine e chiamo per farmene portare.
La Spa veramente bella e nuova.
Ma la cosa peggiore è proprio la decantata cucina.
Buffet verdure e pizza pochissima scelta e i piatti serviti qualità discutibile e la quantità veramente ridotta.
A colazione cibo confezionato tante torte e tutto il resto è extra. Mai visto un 4 stelle così. Insomma il rapporto qualità prezzo è estremamente sproporzionato.

ci consenta di essere sorpresi dalla sua personale descrizione della qualità della nostra cucina. Il nostro team seleziona ingredienti di prim'ordine per cucinare piatti raffinati. Nel buffet della cena e della prima colazione ci sono sfiziosità dolci e salate, preparate in casa. Siamo rammaricati per la mancanza di un kit-spa in camera il giorno dell'arrivo e la ringraziamo per avere contattato la reception. Abbiamo provveduto prontamente a portarvi quanto dovuto poiché desideriamo che i nostri Ospiti possano trascorrere momenti di relax nel centro benessere con Spa. Ci auguriamo possa avere apprezzato la nostra reattività nel fare fronte a una mancanza in fase di preparazione della camera e possa avere accolto le nostre scuse.

Camera spaziosa, forse un po' datata, ottima posizione e parcheggio comodo dietro l'albergo. Personale gentile e disponibile, spa e piscine curate e pulite. Colazione da 10 e lode. Piacevole gelateria nella struttura.
