Summer 2021 - Winter 2021/2022 The cancellation policy is as follows: The deposit (cost of the first night) is fully refunded in case of cancellation made within 14 days from the date of arrival. In case of cancellation made 13 days before arrival and up to the day of arrival, the deposit will be collected as a penalty. If the cancellation is made for reasons related to the Covid19 pandemic, (for example territorial lockdowns, mandatory or fiduciary quarantine), the deposit is always returned. In this case, the presentation of certification documentation is required.

La camera è piccola ma accogliente. Tutto il personale è estremamente disponibile a comprendere e a dare risposta alle necessità che si presentano. Con rispetto degli stili personali, si crea una piccola e discreta comunità e questo è molto ecologico. Faccio un esempio: non c’è, come in altri piccoli alberghi un bollitore per stanza con buste di tisane, ma c’è la possibilità di accedere al piccolo bancone bar con un cameriere che prepara la bevanda da portare in stanza una bella tazza coperta. Forse questo servizio potrebbe essere valorizzato perché si rischia di non accorgersi subito.
Questo piccolo hotel, per la sua posizione e per come è organizzata Madonna di Campiglio e il turismo trentino, dà la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto e non usarla più per tutto il tempo della vacanza pur facendo tantissime e varie attività, anche lontane. L’ho proprio apprezzato! Inoltre, pur essendo in paese, si può usufruire per leggere o fare relax, di un prato meraviglioso davanti all’hotel.
Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione. Sia la colazione che la cena sono ricche ma misurate e credo che questo riduca di molto gli sprechi.
