An organic farm in the heart of the Val di Non, the largest valley of Trentino famous for its apples and for its unspoilt nature, for its attractive canyons carved by nature, to the breathtaking waterfalls and the beautiful Brenta Dolomites, Unesco .
The farm La Canonica is surrounded by greenery, with a large garden available to guests, with barbecue and deck chairs.
Wood interiors are warm and welcoming, the rooms recently recovered in the style of the local tradition.
The hospitality is built from the old farm house, which originally was even an old rectory. You can choose to stay in comfortable apartments with every comfort in spacious rooms or wood, taking advantage of the service B & B.
The rich and abundant breakfast is made with local products, fresh pastries, apple juice and genuine homemade jams.
You'll find that the Non Valley is also an immense orchard, to be admired especially in spring when everything is tinged with white. The farm is mainly engaged in production of apples DOP. Queen of agricultural production is Nonesa apple, juicy and delicious in its different varieties (Golden delicious, Red delicius, Renetta ...) used to produce delicious cakes like strudel.
