Fields of blueberries and strawberries, walls of clay, flowers in the dishes, in the glasses and in the colors of wool, in the lawn outside and around, everywhere. Here we host you, we grow, cook, dye the wool, work iron and wood, immersed in the Lagorai.
At the foot of the Lagorai, in eastern Trentino, we offer hospitality and bring the products and colors of our land to the table. We grow small fruits, vegetables, medicinal herbs and dry cleaners.
Our structure was created thanks to the recovery of an old agricultural warehouse.
We found everything we needed around us: raw earth for the walls, the wood of the larches felled by the Vaia storm, pigments of vegetable origin, heat from the sun and wood, dry stone walls to delimit the vegetable garden and field. Harmony rediscovered in the simplicity and imperfect uniqueness of things.
There will be four of us to welcome you: Giovanna, Stefano and little Jacopo and Ambra. In fact, our family has chosen to live here, where all the activities related to running the farm take place. Here our passions, deeply linked to the vocation of these places, can translate into the occupations that fill every day. That's why whoever comes to visit us is first and foremost a guest of our family, lives in our spaces, participates in our work.
All the materials and artifacts in the rooms are natural, handcrafted or recycled. Raw earth and lime for the walls, untreated living wood, hand-dyed linen fabrics with natural colors, quilts in Lagorai wool, dry stone slabs in marble chips, hand-painted terracotta tiles, recycled plastic from pots of yogurt.
From the large balcony, the Valsugana offers a characteristic alternation of natural elements and agricultural landscape. The dark green of the coniferous woods surrounds the sinuous lines of the valley floor, before giving way to the two-tone geometry of rock and snow of the Cima Dodici group.
The agritourism is located in a rural mountain setting, surrounded by our activities and crops. There is a large enclosed garden where you can relax overlooking the valley and the Ivano castle. Above us is an extensive green roof system where the sedum burns to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Energically we are independent and ecological with a biomass, solar and photovoltaic system.

Elogio alla bellezza...e al profumo del legno!
Tutto è in perfetto equilibrio tra semplicità e genuinità e dettagli e gusto.
La camera è spaziosa, pulizia impeccabile e vista stupenda.
Gli spazi comuni sono arredati con originalità e stile.
La cucina di Stefano è un sogno, siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dal viaggio multisensoriale tra sapori e prodotti genuini che ci hanno regalato entrambe le cene (sia pizza, sia menù fisso) perfettamente impiattate e servite. Prezzi ottimi! Ci aspettavamo di pagare di più vista anche la qualità dei prodotti. Giovanna è dolcissima e sempre disponibile ad assecondare qualsiasi richiesta.
Pur impegnandoci, non siamo riusciti a trovare un difetto. Anche se solo di due notti il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. 🙏🏼❤️

Agriturismo Blum liegt eingebettet zwischen Gewächshäusern und Naturwiesen, jenseits des Trubels weit oben auf einem Berg mit einen atemberaubenden Blick ins Tal. Wir hatten eins von drei Zimmern in einem modernen wunderschönen ökologischen Traumhaus.
Hier haben zwei Menschen ihren Traum verwirklicht.
Giovanna und Stefano sind tolle Gastgeber bei denen zwischen Herz und Leidenschaft eine wunderbare Verbindung besteht.
Für sie ist der achtsame Umgang mit der Natur in jeder Hinsicht ein Lebensgefühl. Beide sind handwerklich sehr begabt und haben ihr Haus bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll dekoriert. Giovanna spricht sehr gut deutsch und kümmert sich fantastisch um das Wohl und die Ausflüge ihrer Gäste. Stefano kocht leidenschaftlich gern. Seine Küche ist wirklich regional und er zaubert erstklassige Gerichte mit frischen aromatischen Naturprodukten und Schätzen aus Giovannas Garten, der Umgebung oder von Erzeugern vor Ort. … und bitte niemals das Traumfrühstück verschlafen, welches mit Blick auf die schöne Natur besonders gut schmeckt. Es ist ohne Übertreibung 5 Sterne wert!
Wer wirklich Ruhe, Gelassenheit und Einsamkeit im Paradies sucht ist hier genau richtig!!!

Meravigliosa esperienza. Stefano e Giovanna sono riusciti a creare un ambiente meraviglioso. Ospitalità perfetta e cura di ogni dettaglio. Grazie ai loro preziosi consigli abbiamo avuto modo di visitare incantevoli luoghi e di fare diverse attività come gita in bici ai laghi ( grazie alle loro 2 e-bike ), canyoning, ecc. buonissime le cene preparate da Stefano, cucina di alto livello, raffinata e soprattutto buonissima.

Stefano and Giovanna are the most hospitable people you can imagine. They have not just built a completely sustainable and honest agriturismo but also have a sharp eye for beautiful design. If that's not enough, the food they serve is awesome. Plenty of berries in all shapes and forms, pure and fresh products from their own land or local produce, prepared like a top-restaurant. It was a great pleasure to stay at Blum. Highly recommended.
