From the millennial history of a unique, immersed territory
in the historic and characteristic Pittaggi (neighborhoods) from which
admire the Mar Piccolo of Taranto,
La Nassa bed & breakfast was born from an idea of two
young people born and raised in the magnificent
Apulian territory always rich in beautiful
entrepreneurial realities, between sun, sea and
beautiful lands. The idea is to provide a welcome
complete and as sustainable as possible, with all the main comforts, creating a
design structure from the ashes of an ancient typical fishermen's house in the small sea of Taranto Vecchia.
The sustainability of the structure passes through the architecture, the materials used and the systems. the floors are made of wood as well as the furnishings obtained for the most part from recovery and recycling, the house is well insulated and with triple glazed windows with argon which also have a soundproofing function.
all our bulbs are led, we use water saving systems through modulators,
the heating, cooling and hot water production system is managed by a high efficiency air / water heat pump with very low co2 emissions.
we have banned single doses and single portions and we try to use biodegradable detergents.
our roof is green and houses more than 70 plants typical of our Mediterranean scrub.
products and objects are km0 and locally produced.
