Il Sentiero B&Bio is a small haven of tranquility in Sant'Antioco, where nature and comfort meet.
Our rooms, each unique and furnished with natural, recycled materials, offer an intimate and relaxing stay. Our organic, zero-mile breakfast is homemade, often featuring produce from our garden and eggs from our chickens, and in the summer it's served in the shaded garden.
Parking is free for cars, on the street, in front of, or near the property. For motorcycles and bicycles, there's parking in the garden with electric charging stations.
The area is also easily accessible by public transportation.
Just steps away, you'll find the historic center of the town with its archaeological sites, and a further ten-minute walk will take you to the rest of the town center with its artisan shops, the waterfront, and the island's main attractions.
We are the ideal starting point for exploring the beaches, trails, history, and authentic flavors of Sant'Antioco.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
Deposit Payment: A deposit equal to 15% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid using the payment methods provided after booking confirmation. Free Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within this period, the deposit will be refunded in full. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the 15% deposit will not be refunded.

The room was as in pictures and provided all the expected comfort. From balcony was possible to watch sunsets what was a nice bonus. Overall was the accomodation and shared spaces very nicely furnished with sense to smallest details. The food provided for breakfast was mostly selfmade (pastry, salty versions for breakfast, jam, etc) and very delicious.
Location of the accomodation was very good, in short walking distance to center of Sant’Antioco and with short distance (10-15minutes) with car to beautiful beaches on the Sant’Antioco islet. Parking directly on the street was also convenient and always available, even if not private.
The host was very supportive and helpful. The communication was always pleasant and constructive.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questa struttura e Massimiliano e Elisabetta sono stati eccezionali fornendoci tutte le informazioni su Sant'Antioco e consigli in base alle nostre necessità! La camera in cui abbiamo dormito era fornita di ogni confort, pulita e arredata con gusto ed equilibrio e ci siamo sentiti coccolati in ogni momento. La quiete e la posizione della struttura hanno contribuito al nostro relax assoluto. Degna di nota è stata sicuramente la colazione, una delle più buone di tutta la vita con tanta varietà di prodotti locali, homemade e naturali, tutto presentato in maniera impeccabile sia per il dolce che per il salato, ricca di colore e vivacità! Complimenti davvero, peccato aver soggiornato solo una notte ma sicuramente ritorneremo!

Ambiente molto tranquillo e pulito, Elisabetta e Massimigliano persone fantastiche disponibili ,gentili, molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti , un eccellente per la colazione molto curata abbondante mai banale e non ripetitiva ma sopratutto con prodotti freschi del luogo cucinati a dovere da Elisabetta TOP TOP TOP

Elisabetta e Max sono due host attenti e premurosi: il benvenuto di Elisabetta ci ha fatto innamorare dell'isola. La colazione è deliziosa, è iniziare sempre bene la giornata. Ambiente rilassante e accogliente, curato in ogni particolare.
