AyurvedAmare is a B&B and Ayurvedic Center in a quiet residential area a stone's throw from the sea where you can carve out some time for self-care, relax, and savor the benefits of Ayurveda ("Science of Life"), ancient Indian medicine which helps us to maintain a good state of health, and a balance between body, sense organs, mind and soul.
In fact, this is not a simple B&B but a place with an Ayurvedic atmosphere, where you can feel at home, even away from "home", and where Maicol, Ayurvedic Therapist will welcome you, ready to take care of you, together with the sister Sara, a "special" girl with a golden heart, and splendid therapists who collaborate with our center.
Not only do we offer the usual standard services as in any B&B, or packaged and do-it-yourself breakfasts, but you will be served a tasty and genuine Ayurvedic breakfast, prepared with love following ancient Indian medicine for a healthy and balanced diet, and sometimes personalized according to the person in front of us. You will also have the opportunity to know the dinacharya, the correct daily routine according to Ayurveda, and to experience it on yourself during your stay, finding a connection with the rhythms of nature, and taking care of yourself thanks to the oil that we put arrangement (sesame or coconut) for oiling, self-massage and oil pulling (gandusha).
In addition to towels and linen, we also provide guests with natural bath and shampoo.
And for those who want a 360-degree Ayurvedic experience we offer tailor-made packages that include Ayurvedic treatments, Ayurvedic meals, and on request yoga and morning meditation practices, Ayurvedic cooking lessons, and consultations on nutrition and lifestyle.
We want to offer in the kitchen, and not only, products that are as organic as possible and from the territory (often directly from our garden!), And sometimes self-produced (jams, ghee, Ayurvedic preparations).
The year also organizes events, days and thematic retreats for detox, purification, rebalancing and more.

I proprietari sono molto a modo e accoglienti, sembra di sentirsi a casa. Berenice e Maicol sono persone genuine e ti fanno sentire a tuo agio fin da subito. Camera e bagno puliti. Parcheggio comodo.
