Among olive-tree hills and breathtaking landscapes, an eco-friendly house surrounded by greenery, yet just a few kilometers from Rome.
The bright and meticulously maintained house overlooks a beautiful olive grove valley and features a private panoramic pool: perfect for relaxing in complete privacy, with a glass of wine and a view of the surrounding landscape.
The accommodation is on the ground floor of a modern villa, with a private entrance and exclusive use of the garden, pool, porch, and barbecue.
I live on the upper floor, with a separate entrance at the back, to ensure complete privacy and independence. We will only share the large parking lot.
Inside, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, air-conditioned in every room, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay.
Outside, a large covered porch awaits you with a heated whirlpool, sensory shower, waterfall jet, and mushroom heating: the ideal place to pamper yourself even on the coolest evenings.
The private garden and panoramic pool (1.30 m deep) invite you to moments of pure relaxation among olive trees, silence, and clean air.
Perfect for couples or friends seeking tranquility, nature, and well-being, but also for those who want to explore Rome and then return to an oasis of calm.
The house is located in the countryside, so a car is the best choice for getting around freely.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the Montebello train station are just a few minutes away. A train ride to Rome's city center (Piazza del Popolo) takes about 20 minutes – a ticket costs only €1.50.
Horseback Riding: Several riding stables for adults and children (over 10) offer weekly and monthly packages. The closest is just 4 km away.
Medieval Villages: Castel Nuovo di Porto, Calcata Vecchia, and Riano Castle are easily accessible for a medieval atmosphere.
