From May 20 to 22, three days of full immersion in the natural and vegan cuisine with wonderful recipes of our Chef Barbara, for you at the Hotel Luxor, a few steps from the sea of Igea Marina, accompanied by conferences and entertaining debates.
With all the energy of the sun, we will cook and we will enjoy together delicious recipes based on legumes, cereals, vegetables, fruits and spices; Barbara will then introduce you to the magical world of the Natural Cuisine at Hotel Luxor, offering you the most beloved and tasty recipes, all strictly 100% Veg.

Friday, May 20:
from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00: everyone in the kitchen with "Ethnic Recipes";
20.30: Conference on Sugar held by Dr. Leslye Parian, biologist nutritionist.
Saturday, May 21:
from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00: everyone in the kitchen with "Traditional recipes";
After dinner: free evening with seaside walks, rest and shopping.
Sunday, May 22:
from 9:30 to 12:30: all in the kitchen with "Recipes with raw food" with Stefano Momentè;
to follow: lunch, issuing certificates and final greetings.
