Pasta Workshop is an initiative of GAS Iqbal Masih of Reggio Emilia in collaboration with the laboratory "Grandma's Pasta Fresca".
The initiative is part of the "Pasta Fresca Nigh and Genuine" for the production of fresh pasta and distribution of short chain, local and sustainable is currently in the experimental stage.
