Spread over multiple levels and equipped with an elevator, the villa is barrier-free, ensuring full access even for the elderly or disabled. It features four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and panoramic window, ideal for families or small groups of friends.
Outside, a black swimming pool offers spectacular views of the Metauro Valley, the village of Peglio, and the Apennines. Large common areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a veranda with a fireplace complete the experience of a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival date. - For cancellations made up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the 30% deposit will be refunded, less any applicable bank fees and transaction costs. - For cancellations made within 8 weeks of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued. The deposit is non-refundable. - Security deposit: A €500 deposit is required. This amount will be held as a temporary pre-authorization via Stripe (it is not a final charge).

Villa Gaio include un servizio di pulizia infrasettimanale (il mercoledì). Il costo di 250€ si intende dunque per settimana. I prezzi per Villa Gaio si riferiscono a un'occupazione di 6-8 persone. Per gruppi da 1 a 5 persone, verrà applicato uno sconto di € 400 a settimana sul prezzo totale. Animali domestici: È previsto un costo aggiuntivo di 50€ a settimana per gli ospiti che portano un cane. I cani sono ora accettati solo su richiesta ed è permesso un massimo di un cane per soggiorno. Riscaldamento piscina: la piscina può essere riscaldata su richiesta al costo extra di 25€ al giorno (da tenere a mente che il riscaldamento è più efficace se la temperatura esterna è maggiore di 15 gradi).
