Poggio dell'Artilla in Castiglione in Teverina is a property located atop a hill overlooking olive groves, vineyards, and woods overlooking the verdant valley below. From the rooms, as well as from the elegant infinity pool, you can enjoy the splendid panorama. The land, historically farmed organically and recently adopted the principles of organic and regenerative agriculture, still offers the unaltered quality of its products, its aromas, and the biodiversity of its naturally occurring flora and fauna. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the adjacent Valle dei Calanchi or for hiking the Via dei Tusci.
Guests can choose from a variety of accommodation options, from a classic farmhouse stay to the intimacy of the Casaletto, from a holiday with a group of friends or family in the Casale to an adventure in the Yurt. In winter, the warmth of the fireplace, in summer the cool of the pool. Splendid landscapes and colors all year round.
The main structure is a traditional tuff and stone house, spread over two floors with five spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Along with the Casaletto, a charming independent apartment, it can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 20 people. The Yurt is a unique and welcoming space, perfect for group activities, retreats, or an alternative stay. Built entirely of natural materials and equipped with sustainable energy systems, the Yurt is an ideal place to experience the thrill of sleeping in contact with nature, experience the evocative sensations of a circular house, or gaze at the starry sky through the large glass roof.
The property is pet-friendly, completely fenced, and has a dedicated area for those staying in the Casaletto.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This amount will be fully refunded for cancellations made within 2 months. Between 59 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer and 50% in the form of a voucher valid for use within 18 months of issue. After this date, the deposit will be forfeited in full.

- Gli ospiti devono effettuare la raccolta differenziata, seguendo le linee guida indicate all’arrivo e affisse in cucina, nonché usando i sacchi trasparenti forniti e separando i rifiuti nei cinque contenitori (plastica e metalli, carta, vetro, organico, indifferenziato). Il rispetto delle norme sarà verificato e, in caso di inosservanza, potranno essere applicate penali. - L’uso della plastica monouso, inclusa quella biodegradabile, è vietato. Su richiesta forniamo stoviglie in carta a prezzo di costo. - La pulizia ordinaria è inclusa; gli ambienti vanno lasciati sgombri e senza rifiuti. A fine soggiorno, la cucina (piatti, fornelli, frigorifero, piani di lavoro) deve essere pulita accuratamente. In caso di pulizia straordinaria, €100 saranno trattenuti dalla caparra. - È obbligatorio rispettare il silenzio dalle 22:00 alle 7:00, evitando musica e schiamazzi, poiché i rumori si propagano anche in campagna. - Tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere ad esclusione delle porte d’ingresso principali. Non lasciare mai le porte aperte, per evitare il possibile ingresso di animali selvatici. Prima di uscire, in caso di pioggia o forte vento chiudere tutte le finestre. Nella yurta chiudere il Tonoo centrale. - Barbecue: La carbonella è acquistabile in paese. Gli utensili e le griglie devono essere puliti dopo l’uso. Si raccomanda di non lasciare residui di cibo per evitare di attrarre animali selvatici. - In caso di danni, si prega di segnalare prontamente alla proprietà, soprattutto per permetterci di intervenire tempestivamente ed evitare disagi a voi e agli ospiti successivi - La piscina è fruibile dai soli ospiti delle strutture da maggio a settembre, dalle 9:00 alle 21:00. I bambini devono essere sorvegliati; sono vietati tuffi, corse e giochi pericolosi. La musica è consentita solo con uso esclusivo o previo accordo. Vietato introdurre vetro. Durante la chiusura, l’accesso è interdetto. Non è consentito l’ingresso agli animali domestici. - Il termocamino è la principale fonte di riscaldamento. Usare solo la legna fornita e seguire le istruzioni per un utilizzo sicuro e ottimale. Non lasciare il fuoco incustodito e spegnerlo prima di dormire o uscire. Danni da uso improprio comportano penali. - Nella yurta è vietato entrare con le scarpe, fumare o accendere fiamme libere/candele. Non mangiare all’interno né lasciare cibo fuori dal frigo per evitare animali. Attenersi scrupolosamente alle istruzioni per l’uso del bagno e della cucina a biogas. La carta igienica va smaltita nell’apposito cestino.
