Piccolo Podere Antichi Grani is an ancient 19th century manor house, recently restored, nestled in the green Umbrian countryside between history, art and nature, just a few kilometers from Narni. The farmhouse, headquartered by Agricola Antichi Grani, is surrounded by 7 hectares of land where secular olive groves, nuts, cherries, synergic gardens and space for ancient grain experiments arise; All located in the beautiful town of Visciano, just a stone's throw from the magnificent Santa Pudenziana church, a true gem of Umbria.
It's possible to go hiking, cycling and trekking along the Via Francigena path as well as spending a few hours riding the nearby horse riding hall and savor the wonderful organic produce and dishes of local and organic origin!
The Piccolo Podere Antichi Grani now has 2 large double bedrooms, both with private bathroom and equipped with all the comforts and can guarantee hospitality for up to 7 people.
Breakfast is included and will be offered homemade cakes, jams of our production, seasonal fruit, baked bread to our wood oven and other local produce. Lunch and dinners are organized upon request with a daily menu and there is the possibility of organizing vegetarian and / or vegan meals thanks to the collaboration with the vis vis restaurant.
Easily reachable coming from Rome with the motorway exit of Magliano Sabino and from Florence leaving instead to Orte. 60 Km from Orvieto and 80 Km from Rome.

Private bedroom with private bathroom in lovely renovated stone house built in 1840 in the heart of Italy (Umbria). The house is surrounded by Umbrian green hills and outside the house there is a nice garden with a large stone oven ready for cooking home made bread and pizza. The view from our rental is breath-taking: it is possible to appreciate wonderful nearby sites, relax and enjoy tranquility, play table tennis, farm at garden, dig patate, collect flowers, or if you wish to go sightseeing through the several pleasant Nearby places. Our property is also ideal for even the most sporty ones: it is possible to enjoy in our neighborhood horseback riding, mountain biking, tracking or hiking and rafting in the nearby falls. In other words, a magic place where nature and comfort, elegance & tranquility join together in perfect harmony, to provide our guest with an incredible holiday.
First morning we offer our guests an authentic organic breakfast with local products as well as our homemade jams and bread.
We are set in a very natural environment; In an area of 30 Kms you can visit many historical, artistic and naturalistic places like the Marmore Falls, WWF Oasis of Alviano, Rocca di Albornoz or the typical old town of Narni, Amelia, San Gemini and Todi ... and those are just a few suggestions!
The house is located in Visciano a small "burg" just a few Kms outside Narni, where you will find bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, bank, railway station etc. Nearby the house there is the gorgeous Church dedicated to "Santa Pudenziana", a very small and characteristic church built in the XI sec, today a secret place that you can not miss.
We love to spend time with our guests, sharing life experiences, cultural backgrounds, passions and this especially with a nice glass of wine.
We take hospitality seriously; We are always available to give you a hand and meet all the guests' requirements.
We speak Italian and thanks to our travel experience we are able to speak English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and a little bit of German.
