The property is part of a medieval village, recently renovated.
The strong point is the outdoor space, large and well equipped. In the patio next to the house there is also a wood-burning oven built into the ground by the first owners. In the raised part instead there is a lush lawn from which to enjoy the view.
Inside the house consists of two bedrooms, a living area with equipped kitchen and table, the bathroom and a storage room with fridge, boiler and washing machine.
In the living area there is also a wood stove, ideal for the winter, able to heat the whole house.
The house can be reached by car (with private parking), but also by public transport. The nearest stop is in the center of the village of Roccamalatina, then from there you can continue on foot, entering the park.
The park of the stones of Roccamalatina is the hub of the area. Beyond the Sassi, the main attraction, it is possible to walk or cycle along countless paths, and stop to rest at various local kiosks/restaurants that offer a typical local menu, with local products.
