Guests have access to a large garden full of plants and flowers, with solarium and sun loungers.

In ancient Liguria, "Creuza de Mà" was called the mule track or rather the small road that led to the hills, crossing lands of different properties. These lands are hostile to crops because of their slope, have been reclaimed over the centuries by farmers through a long work that consisted in terracing the earth with the majei (dry walls). The terraces have allowed the Ligurians to exploit the land for different types of crops; from the olive tree to the flowers.
It is on one of these hills of western Liguria that our "Creuza de Mà" farm is located at 10km. around from Sanremo and Imperia; on top of the small hill of Santo Stefano al Mare, at the foot of which there is the tourist port "Marina degli Aregai".
At dawn you can see the island of Corsica on the horizon and the French islands Les Reines in the west, in front of the city of Cannes. On nice Sunday days the sea in front is full of sails and the only sound is that of the waves on the water's edge.
From the hill you can see the mountains to the north with the villages of the hinterland of Terzorio, Pompeiana and Castellaro. To the south, the view is lost with a 180 ° view of the Ligurian Sea.

Il posto è splendido, affacciato sul mare con bellissimo giardino, su questo non c’è nulla da dire.
C’è un orto biologico al quale si può accedere.
Poco fattibile spostarsi a piedi con bambini piccoli perché è si a 1.5km dalla spiaggia ma su strada tutta al sole estremamente in pendenza.
La stanza è molto calda e poco luminosa, il bagno in particolare estremamente umido e infestato di zanzare.
Non c’è l’aria condizionata, contrariamente a quanto segnalato nella descrizione.
Neppure la colazione è prevista, anche se anch’essa è segnalata nella descrizione.
Angolo cottura, mancava di alcuni attrezzi di base (tagliere e scolapasta).
Le riduzioni segnalate non vengono applicate o vengono applicate in maniera diversa da quanto detto in descrizione.
La proprietaria non è chiara con i prezzi.
La descrizione dei servizi presente sul sito non corrisponde a realtà.
In conclusione un peccato perché è un bel posto se ci fosse ciò che viene promesso e un po’ più di educazione ci si potrebbe anche tornare.
Ciao Laura mi dispiace che tu non ti sia trovata bene, il mare e il paese in macchina distano 1,5Km, la mulattiera di mare percorribile a piedi è di 400 m e non viene consigliata da noi con dei bambini piccoli ma è fattibile per adulti e ragazzini ( le scolaresche la percorrano tutte le primavere per partecipare ai nostri progetti didattici), è ripida ma questa è la nostra terra: fatta di verticalità e terrazzamenti ma è anche la nostra bellezza. Non è una terra facile e soprattutto da coltivare, tutto da noi è fatto in pendenza. L'appartamento si affaccia sul mare e gode di insolazione tutto il giorno, dire che non è luminosa non è propriamente corretto visto su ciò che si affaccia: una distesa di mare e luce. Per le zanzare è presente la zanzariera, magari non lasciarla aperta può aiutare. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno un sistema aggiuntivo di areazione forzata per avere sempre un'ambiente arieggiato e anche il bagno.
Il non aver l'aria condizionata è una scelta ecologica, come l'uso della sansa per scaldarci e i pannelli solari,
mi dispiace sia stato segnalato qualcosa che io non ho mai dichiarato anche se dopo la tua segnalazione ho visto che è presente nella nostra descrizione e che trovo in contraddizione con i principi della nostra nostra azienda biologica.
Per gli utensili: hai guardato bene negli spazi dell'angolo cottura? Ho controllato e sono presenti anche perché ho ospitato famiglie tutta l'estate e diciamo che lo scolapasta è un'attrezzo abbastanza fondamentale e mai nessuno mi ha segnalato questa mancanza, inoltre mi incontravi almeno una volta al giorno "chiederlo?" : )
Mi ripeto in descrizione sono segnalate cose che non ci sono come l'aria condizionata, la colazione e la riduzione, che come mi hai riferito tu non sono presenti su altri siti, mi dispiace e sicuramente non vogliamo ingannare nessuno. Per quanto riguarda l'educazione veramente non capisco ma forse mi sfugge qualcosa e non posso comprendere tutto perchè affermare che non siamo educati mi sembra un commento un pò buttato lì così.
I prezzi sono chiari e molto economici con un'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, avete pagato 69€ al giorno per due persone in appartamento vista mare con giardino.
