Payment and Cancellation Terms
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay, to be paid by bank transfer within 48 hours. Once payment is received, we will send you a final booking confirmation. BALANCE PAYMENT The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer within 14 days of check-in. CANCELLATION POLICY . Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded. . Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival: the deposit will be forfeited. . Cancellation within 14 days of arrival or no-show: 100% of the stay will be charged. . Failure to pay the balance within the specified deadlines will result in the reservation being considered cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. . Early departures are not eligible for refunds.
