Villasimius is in the south-eastern part of Sardinia, it is a wonderful area for years is one of the most beautiful tourist resorts in Italy.
In its area there are at least 10 wonderful beaches; the marina, where you can organize boat trips with visits to the main beaches and islands, and rent various types of boats; diving schools or riding; various restaurants (some of which are located in place of considerable environmental and scenic value), night clubs and shops.
The whole area is two years Geo Marine Park, where fans can enjoy a clear sea, beautiful seabed and a large quantity and variety of marine life, as well as a colony, unique in the Mediterranean, the trigger fish, come from the Red Sea.
The residence is located in the gulf of Villasimius, on the beautiful beach of Campulongu, 300 meters from the sea in a panoramic and wooded area, about 2 km from the village, in quiet area, close to major infrastructure and the most famous beaches where it is connected by convenient road network. Our residence is one of the very few hotels in Sardinia with the Ecolabel certificate.
The structure consists of 14 apartments (two and three) of new construction, located in a large plot of land with ample possibility of parking. The two-bedroom apartments each with private garden; veranda and covered terrace for outdoor furniture; master bedroom; living room with dining area, sofa bed and extra bed, kitchenette with fridge freezer, oven and all the necessary equipment (pots, plates, iron hair dryer, television with satellite dish); bathroom with shower.
The services available to the residence's guests include swimming pool, children's play area, common room, washing machine service, water reserve.
