Straw. Di Frolla is a house built with straw, wood and other natural materials, such as lime and clay. Once construction was completed in December 2023, it became our home, but also yours. We have the pleasure of sharing with you and introducing you to our dream come true.
With us you will find, in addition to a house built according to the principles of sustainability, a space where you can regenerate, where you can daydream. Surrounded by nature, you will find peace, silence, fresh air in the evening hours, horses as neighbors.
As soon as you arrive you will be offered a welcome aperitif with local products, including excellent wines from the Valtenesi cellars. In the morning you will find an "a la carte" breakfast prepared by Davide, winner of Bakeoff Italia 2022, waiting for you.
Ours is a #glutenfree and #lactosefree cuisine, to meet all the needs of allergies and intolerances.
We will recommend walks, visits to wineries, typical restaurants, where to play golf or ride in the woods. And we are waiting for you with your animal friends, we are and will always be #petfriendly.

Payment: deposit of 50% of the total stay, to be paid by bank transfer. Please remember that, in case of cancellation within 14 days of the booked stay, the deposit amount will be refunded. Beyond this period the amount will not be refunded. The balance payment can be made at our facility.

Siamo stati accolti da Davide e fin da subito è trasparita la sua passione per questo progetto, che si riflette in questa struttura da lui stessa disegnata, moderna nel design e arredata con gusto. Nonostante la temperatura autunnale fuori, all'interno la camera conservava molto piacevolmente la temperatura senza che fosse necessario accendere il riscaldamento. Ho dormito benissimo e ottima anche l'insonorizzazione. Molto piacevole anche il sistema di prenotare la colazione che ci ha fatto trovare pronta la mattina seguente, anche qui si sente la qualità dei prodotti utilizzati. Lo consiglio a tutti, soprattutto per conoscere e provare la qualità e i vantaggi di questa innovativa soluzione edilizia.
