Payment and Cancellation Terms
We do not offer free cancellation, as otherwise we would have to calculate significantly higher rental prices. If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply: From the moment of booking until 8 weeks before arrival, a booking fee of 20% will be retained (equivalent to the amount of the deposit). After that, the rental price is payable in full, excluding tourist tax and final cleaning. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in case you are unable to start your vacation for personal reasons. If rental is not permitted or, in our opinion, unreasonable, we will close the business and you will receive a refund of all payments made.
