Friland invites you to explore Mount Joanaz, in the heart of the municipality of Torreano, one of the most famous peaks of the Julian pre-Alps, a treasure for alpine excursion enthusiasts.
Our room, located at over a thousand meters above sea level, is a window onto postcard scenarios, ready to give you unforgettable memories: your gaze will range from the Friulian plain to the imposing Julian Alps, touching the blue of the sea and getting lost in the Slovenian lands .
The immensity of the open space invites you to immerse yourself in long hours of spring sunshine and be enchanted by fiery sunsets and star-strewn night skies, while nature expresses itself in all its splendor, as in the exuberant flowering of the asphodel, the emblem of these lands.
In the period before your visit, we will send you an exhaustive guide to discover the area: a compendium of activities and places not to be missed, so that every moment can oscillate between complete relaxation and the most genuine adventure of discovery.

ATTENTION: you can park one kilometer away from the Friland room. In fact, to reach it there is a walk of about 10/15 minutes on a dirt road. We therefore recommend light luggage and suitable shoes.

Friland is a mobile and self-sufficient (off-grid) tiny house. It has all the typical services of a home.
In 12 m2 you will find: double bed, kitchen, shower and WC (non-chemical), heating and air conditioning. The environment is characterized by an essential but welcoming space, which offers intimacy and well-being. The large scenic windows of the accommodation give the opportunity to completely immerse yourself in the landscape.
