This time Friland is positioned in Plan di Coces, a small pearl set in the Val d'Incarojo within the municipality of Arta Terme, in the province of Udine.
The valley in which this location is located is part of Carnia, and is easily reachable from any city in Friuli Venezia Giulia, from Austria and Slovenia.
Our accommodation is in the middle of the mountains, the highest are Tersadia and Monte Sernio. There is also a river that passes through the valley, giving the opportunity to visit the gorge (rocky space between vertical walls, due to regressive erosion by water) and carry out various water-related activities.
Immediately behind Plan di Coces there is a beautiful forest where in autumn the foliage offers unique colours.
Here you can take beautiful walks, hearing the roars of the deer or simply the silence of autumn that envelops you.
Furthermore, Arta is known above all for its spa, the perfect place to rediscover the physical and mental well-being that we often forget to indulge in.
A stone's throw from Monte Zoncolan, the spa is open all year round.

Friland is a mobile and self-sufficient (off-grid) tiny house. It has all the typical services of a home.
In 12 m2 you will find: double bed, kitchen, shower and WC (non-chemical), heating and air conditioning. The environment is characterized by an essential but welcoming space, which offers intimacy and well-being. The large scenic windows of the accommodation give the opportunity to completely immerse yourself in the landscape.
