perfect and essential landscape. Here, at 371 meters above sea level, the Val dell'Acqua flows through a hornbeam forest of
extraordinary charm. An enchanted place, cared for by man who, with care and love, has
respected and interpreted its balance. A 22-hectare estate, among rolling meadows, welcoming
woods, and lush vineyards, 50 km from the extraordinary Venice Lagoon and 100 km from the
spectacular peaks of the Dolomites, nestled between the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a
World Heritage Site, and the Monte Grappa Biosphere Reserve.
Thanks to the Serenissima Republic of Venice, magnificent cities such as Asolo arose in this area,
as well as dozens of Venetian Villas, fascinating residences of the Venetian nobility.
But beyond these pearls of art and architecture, other testimonies
of the past are also visible on Montello. The most important moments of the Great War took place here.
Monuments, ossuaries, and shrines remind us every day how thousands of men fought here.
Evidence of this can also be found at the Hermitage where King Victor Emmanuel III and
the artillerymen of the 98th Siege Group fought and won the last battle of 1918. It is the ideal destination

A diverse and heterogeneous estate where 10 hectares of chestnut, hornbeam, and acacia woods alternate with gentle green slopes and the geometric shapes of the Asolo Prosecco DOCG vineyards. Here, the rich biodiversity of the flora and fauna has been recognized by the UNESCO ecological network as a Biosphere Reserve.
THE HERMITAGE IS Sustainability
In the vineyards, sustainable and responsible techniques are used according to the Asolo Prosecco Method protocol to safeguard the land and landscape at every stage of vineyard cultivation. Here, every spring, during the flowering of the acacia and chestnut woods, the APInVIGNA project is renewed, a pact between beekeepers and winemakers to save bees and improve the quality of the wine.
HOSPITALITY The Rooms
L’Eremo is a family-run farmhouse nestled in the lush and varied greenery of
a natural setting. It offers six country rooms, accessible to those with disabilities,
refuges for a holiday in a place with a spiritual charm that naturally
invites you to slow down and rediscover yourself.
The breakfast room is an intimate space with the charm of traditional country
house cooking. The main ingredients of the high-quality breakfast
are natural, seasonal, simple, and authentic products, both home-grown and from
small local producers. Under the wisteria pergola, you can enjoy breakfast or a chat
over a glass of Asolo Prosecco DOCG.
